I love yoga! I started practicing yoga after I moved to Canada in 2007 and I was very fortunate to be introduced to yoga by Dorothy Polukoshko, one of the best local teachers. Dorothy's class “Yoga for Sports” was an excellent class for beginners. I learned there a lot about the alignment of each pose and the benefits that yoga offers. 

Since then, I have practiced various styles of yoga with many wonderful teachers who gave me the courage and inspiration to become a yoga teacher myself.  In 2011, after completing the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Semperviva Yoga College, I began teaching.  I feel so blessed to be able to share my knowledge and love for yoga with others.  In April 2014, I opened my own studio and I am so pleased to bring good energy and the opportunity to practice yoga to my community.

I always thought that teaching yoga to expecting mothers would be the most amazing experience and that is why I decided to become a certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher. In 2012 I graduated from the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Janice Clarfield. In 2013 I became a mother myself and found that practicing yoga throughout my pregnancy enormously helped me during labor and giving birth to my daughter.  I now offer weekly prenatal classes as well as Prenatal Yoga Partner Workshops through my studio.

After having a baby I integrated Restorative yoga in to my personal practice and discovered how the practice provides time to listen to our body.  It facilitates the process to restore and allows the body to regulate and heal in a safe and supportive environment.  I completed the Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at the Path Yoga Centre in early 2015, learning more about slowing down into deep states of restoration. I offer weekly restorative classes at my studio.

Over the years I have had the great pleasure and privilege of studying with many inspiring Master Teachers, including Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Leslie Kaminoff, Michael Stone, Max Strom, Gurmukh, Mark Whitwell, Padma, Nicki Doane, Anodea Judith, Bernie Clark, Lori Lucas and others. 

I teach all levels of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Mom and Baby Yoga.  I feel very fortunate and grateful to be able to practice and teach yoga in Vancouver where great people and great energy are brought together!
