My Hatha yoga classes are breath centered. I encourage my students to use yoga to unlock repetitive and habitual patterns in the body to relieve pain and invite balance to their lives. I aim to make yoga accessible, non-intimidating and above all enjoyable. Come breathe, move and smile with me and remember “When in doubt…breathe in, breathe out"!
Prenatal yoga classes provide an opportunity to develop greater vitality and awareness of your body that is home for two, as well as to deepen your relationship with your baby. Gentle postures, breath work, vocal tonic and meditation are learned to cultivate flexibility, calm and confidence in preparation for labour and childbirth.
My Restorative yoga classes invite you in to deep states of relaxation. We use yoga props to support your body in gentle postures to help you slow down, unwind and listen. A truly healing practice!
An hour of gentle yoga postures to reconnect with your body after pregnancy. Strengthen your core, improve your posture, build confidence and relax while having your baby at your side. Meet other new moms and create community. Open to mothers from 6 weeks postpartum until babies start to actively crawl.
